In wintertime direct at the Pinzgau-skiloipen, with a very beautiful view to the Kitzsteinhorn ( 3.000 mtrs) and only 1 km to the slopes of the Schmittenhöhe ( 2.000 mtrs) of Zell am See and the Areitlifts with a lot of parkingplaces.


You can go by (free ski-)bus (only 100 mtrs) to the Areitbahn or to Kaprun with the Kitzsteinhorn or to the center of Zell am See and the nice region.


The bungalow is very good reachable by our own road.
Within 1 km, in Schüttdorf, you will find all shops for your food, banks, post-office, churches, doctors, restaurants, and bars and pubs.


Around the house is a very nice south-side garden of ca. 500m2.
You can use the garage and a carport, for one more car, beside of the house.
